Applications open for NYU Faculty Fellow position

New York University has a position open as a Faculty Fellow. It is part of the Religious Studies Program in the Faculty of Arts and Science. The position would start on September 1st, 2016 and will be for one year and can be renewable annually for a maximum of three years. They are seeking a candidate who has completed a Ph.D. no earlier than three years before the date of appointment. It is important that the candidate is committed to teaching and participating in the interdisciplinary Program’s activities. Ideally, the candidate is someone whose area of empirical research lies in East Asian or Tibetan Buddhism. The deadline to apply is February 1st, 2016.
