A new CBS show entitled "God Friended Me" follows the trope of talking with God in our modern world. An atheist friends "God" on Facebook in the new drama-comedy slated to premiere this fall. Berlanti Productions; a Hollywood company behind Dawson's Creek, Supergirl, and Riverdale; will be producing the show.
