ICA Hosting Media and Religion Preconference on Global Populism

The International Communication Association is hosting a Media and Religion Preconference on Global Populism. It takes place at the Washington Hilton, on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 9-5. Headlining speakers include John Jackson, University of Pennsylvania; Robert Jones, the Public Religion Research Institute; Anthea Butler, University of Pennsylvania; and Agnieszka Stepinska and Adam Mickiewicz University (Poland). Preconferences for ICA's 2019 Annual Conference will be held from May 23- May 24. Postconferences will be held on May 29. There are 51 different pre/postconferences. Registrations for each pre/postconference will close May 3, 2019.
